Duties include supervising and coaching people with disabilities with their tasks. At times the lead worker would be cleaning restrooms, mowing lawns and snow removal along with the crew. Successful candidate must be dependable, have the ability to work with people having a wide range of disabilities, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
